New stationary platform № 620А has been launched by SOCAR in Neft Daslari field as reported by the company press service on March 29, 2017.
The base was installed at a depth of 27 meters and considered for drilling of 8 wells.
Its total area is 2,52 thousand м2, weight – 2,398 thousand tons.
The platform consists of 7 sub structures, 6 joints, one helideck and 10 mooring and landing sites.
The platform is divided into production and residential sections; it is equipped with modern drilling equipment, special reservoirs for waste and domestic waters, fire fighting system and other needed equipment. Project of the base has been submitted by Neftqazelmitadqiqatlayiha institute, construction carried out by Oil and Gas Construction Trust Neftqaztikinti.
Daily production rate of each well at the platform will be 10 tons of oil and 1000 tons of gas.
In 2017 SOCAR plans to launch construction of several infrastructure facilities in the Caspian Sea area.
In January 2017 the company informed about large-sized separation unit construction in Neft Daslari field.
The company will build two pump stations in shallow waters of ‘Guneshli’ field.
