Seismologists and geological prospectors have met at the playing ground to compete for the Cup of Intelligence.
Once a year the Cup of Intelligence is handed over to the winner of the chess match as a symbol of the game. In 2016 such a chess tournament was held by Drillife GS.
The competition took a couple of days as the number of the players appeared to be more than one thousand people. The participants of various positions had a chance to play head-to-head in play-off. However, the head of Seismology Department scored honest victory.
Such a unity of the team is definitely a merit of the Department of Corporate Communications.
The winner of the chess competition obtained the Cup of Intelligence and cash bonus. In turn, the head of the Department of Corporate Communications was awarded with the Certificate of Appreciation.
