Audits completed in DrilLife Group and entities within the Company

The auditing covered operations results in 2014.

DrilLife Group accounting underwent examination. Financial statements of the entities included in the Group, i.e. DrilLife GS, DrilLife DS, DrilLife TS and DrilLife CS, were reviewed by an independent auditing firm “Business-Audit”.

The main objective of the audit was to examine compliance of business transactions performed by the employees with the current legislation, and make sure that the companies’ accounting and tax reports have no substantial errors and omissions.

The audit results established that all business transactions carried out by the Company in the previous year were compliant with normative documents regulating financial accounting.
