The company received the PCS-611A single-pump cementing units at the end of 2014, and immediately performed their pilot operation in the field, and in-service training of personnel.
As soon as the units were customized and adjusted they were mobilized to the fields to perform first cementing operations. At present it is fair to say that the new fleet proved its advantages. The unit is reliable, the cementing unit is mounted on MAN chassis. This year the fleet is planned to complete such operations as string and drill guide cementing. The fleet is secured with work load for the whole year.
The manufacturers of the cementing unit and chassis warrant their products. The units successfully underwent scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting by authorized dealers. The next routine maintenance of the fleet will be performed in autumn this year.
