The Occupation Safety Section in DrilLife DS includes five skilled specialists.

The company uses state-of-the-art technologies and equipment, performs diagnostics and examination of potentially hazardous production facilities, and organizes regular personnel trainings and attestations.
The company constantly develops and maintains effective functioning of the occupational health and industrial safety system.
Therefore, arrangement of conditions for safe work is one of the main objectives of operations; the other objectives include motivation and involvement of the employees in maintaining of work safety. No economic, technical or other considerations may be taken into account, if they conflict with the safety requirements for production personnel, the public or environment.
DrilLife DS developed and uses risk assessment and minimization score cards that are used support materials during pre-work safety briefings. The score cards include production risks information gathered by the employees at the work sites; the accumulated information is analyzed by special work groups that reveal the most hazardous or common risks, enter the risks into a general register and develop the risk assessment and minimization score cards. The register is flexible as it may exclude any risks that result in minimal seriousness or probability values and may include new risks registered at the work sites.
Moreover, DrilLife DS introduced standards that facilitate regulation and assessment of present labour safety situation.
